Scope and controller

These terms govern access to proyectosenderodeluz.com and use of its content. Proyecto Sendero de Luz is publicly responsible for the offer, materials, and customer support. It is the project's trading name, not a statement that a company currently exists under that name. Purchases will be processed through a Hotmart Producer account whose holder has supplied their real identity during Hotmart's verification process. The public contact channel is support@proyectosenderodeluz.com.

Licence

Ebooks, exercises, illustrations, characters, texts, and resources are supplied for personal, non-commercial use. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, published, or transformed for commercial exploitation without written permission.

Availability and purchase

Before payment, the purchase page will clearly state the language, included files, total price, and applicable conditions.

Intellectual property and liability

Sendero de Luz retains rights in its original texts, illustrations, characters, and materials. The site is maintained with reasonable care but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Nothing published constitutes diagnosis, therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Applicable law and contact

Without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the buyer's place of residence, the commercial operation will be organized under applicable Colombian law. Hotmart processes checkout and delivery, but the producer remains responsible for the offer and content. Operational questions may be sent to support@proyectosenderodeluz.com.

Controller and scope

The site's public point of responsibility for privacy requests is Proyecto Sendero de Luz, through privacy@proyectosenderodeluz.com. The real identity of the Hotmart Producer account holder has been privately verified by Hotmart and is not used as promotional content. This policy covers the quiz, chatbot enquiries, support, and purchases when available.

What happens in the quiz

You may complete the quiz and view the on-screen result without sending a name or email. If you request a personalized response, you voluntarily send your name, email, language, primary and secondary result, category scores, date, consent version, and visit attribution data. Full answers to individual questions are not stored by default.

Purposes and consent

Your name and email are used to record and deliver the result you request; the legal basis is your request and consent. News and commercial messages use a separate, optional, unticked checkbox. Declining does not prevent you from viewing or requesting the result. You may withdraw marketing consent free of charge by replying “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any message or using the published privacy contact.

Providers and security

The infrastructure uses Hostinger for hosting and server functions, Google Sheets and Apps Script to record requests, Brevo to deliver email, and OpenAI to process text voluntarily entered into the chatbot. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under applicable contractual safeguards. Do not enter sensitive clinical, financial, or identifying information. Minimisation, validation, size limits, rate controls, and server-only secrets are applied.

Automated result

The quiz ranks four categories from the options selected and displays the highest-scoring one. This is an editorial recommendation with no legal or similarly significant effect. It may be retaken and is not a diagnosis.

Retention, rights, and contact

Result requests are retained for no more than 12 months to evidence delivery and resolve incidents. Marketing contacts are retained until consent is withdrawn or for up to 24 months without interaction. Feedback and beta records are retained for 24 months; technical events without names, emails, or full answers are retained for 90 days. Testimonial permission is retained while the testimonial is published and minimum evidence for 3 years after removal. Commercial records follow applicable tax and legal periods. You may request access, updating, correction, deletion, objection, or withdrawal of consent by emailing privacy@proyectosenderodeluz.com. You may also contact the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce and, where applicable, your local data-protection authority.

Minors

Email forms and purchases are intended for people aged 18 or over. If you are a minor, use the content with a parent or legal guardian and do not submit personal data.

Period according to the purchase country. Purchases whose country is confirmed by Hotmart as a European country include a 15-calendar-day commercial guarantee. Purchases made from the United States or a Latin American country include a 7-calendar-day commercial guarantee.

This visit initially displays the 15-day guarantee until the region is confirmed.

During the applicable period, buyers may request a refund at refund.hotmart.com using the purchase email and Hotmart transaction code. Website detection is informative: the country recorded during payment, the conditions displayed at checkout, and any mandatory legal rights will prevail. The future physical journal will have separate terms before it is offered for sale.

Sendero de Luz provides editorial, educational, reflective, and spiritual content. The quiz, ebooks, exercises, and chatbot do not diagnose and do not replace psychotherapy, medical care, professional advice, or emergency services.

The site stores language and privacy preferences in local storage. Strictly necessary errors may be recorded without identity data. Anonymous journey measurement —visit, quiz start and completion, result request, and checkout click— is enabled only after accepting “measurement” in the panel. Email, name, and full quiz answers are excluded from this telemetry, and no advertising pixels are active.
