Sources with context
We review authors and materials before turning an idea into a reflection or exercise, and identify specific references when they support a proposal.
About us
Sendero de Luz began as an idea shared by two university friends whose Christian faith inspired them to turn that concern into resources for emotional and spiritual reflection.
Each guide is built through research, writing, testing, and several rounds of review. The journey moves through five stages: understanding what is happening, reconnecting with body and emotions, carefully releasing what feels heavy, cultivating more authentic relationships, and sustaining small changes.
Symbolic characters give a face to emotions that are difficult to name; exercises, audio, cards, and supporting materials turn reading into a personal practice. The spiritual dimension is a gentle invitation to view the process through faith, truth, and hope in Jesus.
To create carefully developed resources that help people understand what they feel, approach their stories with greater tenderness, and find a possible next step toward the light.
The team behind the project
We review authors and materials before turning an idea into a reflection or exercise, and identify specific references when they support a proposal.
We state the language, included content, real preparation status, and purchase conditions so that each person knows what to expect.
We prefer the project's value to be visible on every page: in the quality of the materials, the honesty of the offer, and the care given to each step.
